We will do an intake to understand your body and goals.

We will share how CranioSacral Therapy works and make sure you know what to expect.

 Heather will then create a personalized manual therapy session addressing you body as a whole and addressing your area of focus.

A treatment plan will be designed based on your unique symptoms.

Following your personalized treatment plan, we will address your areas of focus such as: 

• jaw pain

• headaches/migraines

• neck and shoulder tension

• back pain

• emotional release

• maintaining good health
